FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform fixation of inferior limbs against each other with the help of three rods for osteosynthesis; for this purpose they should be successively turned in proximal and distal tibial metaepiphyses of a donor's limb and then they should be fixed together with the help of three mutually intersecting beams from Ilizarov's apparatus, moreover, these beams should be mounted at the height of 3 cm against body surface. The innovation provides improved plasty of the defects due to creating optimal conditions for adequate supply of transported tissue complexes, simplifying and accelerating the stage for applying immobilization, due to stable fixation and decreased number of complications.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.
