FIELD: oil-producing industry; devices for the gas and liquid separation.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the oil-producing industry and may be used for separation of petroleum and gas at gathering the products of the boreholes. The gas-liquid separator consists of the vertical cylindrical body, the pipelines of the gas-liquid mixture feeding in and the separated gas and liquid withdrawal. The vertical cylindrical body is divided by the conical partition into the inlet chamber and the drip-deflecting chamber. The inlet chamber with the bottom part made in the form of the cone is supplied with the discharge pipes and the concentrically mounted drip deflecting chamber with the swirler. The discharge pipes are installed in the hydraulic lock cylinder in the lower part of the body. The discharge pipes of the drip-deflecting chamber are mounted below the discharge pipes of the inlet chamber. The gas-liquid separator is supplied with: the gas equalizing pipeline connecting the body of the separator with the gas withdrawal pipeline; the screw-type shelf fixed on the internal wall of the drip-deflecting chamber within the limits of the gas withdrawal pipeline. Between the separator body and the drip-deflecting chamber, above the fitting pipe used for feeding of the gas-liquid mixture and below the upper edge of the drip-deflecting chamber there is the narrowing downward funnel, the upper edge of which is linked to the reticular sleeve enveloping the pipeline of the gas-liquid mixture feeding and the drip-deflecting chamber. Below the pipeline of the gas withdrawal there is the mounted conical screen. The body between the reticular sleeve and the conical partition is divided by the annular reticular partitions. The gas-liquid separator allows to intensify the process of separation of the gas from the liquid and to improve the quality of the liquid mediums, to reduce the costs of separation of the oil and the gas.
EFFECT: the invention allows to intensify the process of separation of the gas from the liquid, to improve the quality of the liquid mediums, to reduce the costs of separation of the oil and the gas.
