FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: gas-liquid separator comprises a vertical cylindrical body, gas-liquid mixture feed pipe lines, gas and liquid removal pipe lines, wherein the separator body is divided by a conical partition into an inlet and KO drum chambers and is provided with the gas-equalizing pipe line connecting the housing to the gas removal pipe line. KO drum chamber is positioned concentrically to the inlet chamber and comprises a swirler in a form of screw flange fixed on the inner wall of the chamber. The inlet chamber comprises a conical screen mounted below the gas removal pipe line and a mesh glass. Wastepipes of the inlet and KO drum chambers are mounted on hydrolock glass in the lower part of the body, while the lower ends of the KO drum chamber pipes are positioned below the pipe ends of the inlet chamber. The separator also comprises a separating screw mounted on the outer surface of the KO drum chamer with a radial clearance relative to the mesh glass which is designed conical and tapering downwards. The area of the screw flow channel reduces in the axial direction from the inlet to the outlet, and the inclination angle of the screw blades is below ninety degrees at the output. Ring disk with the flow channel area smaller than the flow channel area at the screw outlet is fixed to the mesh cup inside the mesh cup below the screw. Labyrinthine separation element is mounted above the pipe line of gas-liquid mixture inlet, deisgned as three annular mesh partititions arranged parallel, with decreasing bottom-up sizes of the meshes, wherein two annular mesh partitions are mounted externally to the KO drum chamber and one ring mesh partition is fixed between the two annular mesh partitions to the vertical cylindrical body. Alternating short and long ring plates facing each other are mounted at the ring mesh partitions perpendicular to them and concentric with the vertical cylindrical body. Drop entrainment designed in the form of inclined circular blades with the segment beveled on the underside is mounted at the gas outlet pipe line behind the gas-equalizing pipe line.
EFFECT: effective separation of gas-liquid mixture, improved quality of separated gas, as well as reliable operation of the device.
