FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for separation of oil and gas when collecting well product. Gas-liquid separator comprises vertical cylindrical housing, gas-liquid mixture supply pipelines, gas and liquid discharge, wherein housing is divided by a tapered baffle into inlet and mist separator chamber and is equipped with gas-equalizer pipe which connects separator housing with gas discharge pipeline. Inlet chamber is equipped with drain pipes and concentrically installed mist separator chamber with swirler in form of screw shelf, fixed on inner wall of mist separator chamber within gas discharge pipeline, conical bottom and drain pipes, lower ends of which are located below ends of drain pipes of input chamber and are installed in hydro lock cup in lower part of housing, conical screen, installed downstream of gas discharge pipeline, and annular mesh partition. In inlet chamber from periphery to centre of concentrically one above other there are annular flanges, wherein upper annular flange is arranged opposite gas-liquid mixture feed pipeline and has height of annular flange greater than diameter of gas-liquid mixture feed pipeline. Height of annular flanges decreases from top to bottom, in inlet chamber above gas-liquid mixture feed pipeline there is a labyrinth separation element, in form of three annular mesh partitions, arranged in parallel, wherein two of them are fixed outside to mist separator chamber, and annular mesh partition is arranged between them and fixed to vertical cylindrical housing. In annular mesh partition walls perpendicular to them and concentrically to vertical cylindrical housing there are opposite alternating long and short circular plates facing each other. Between lower annular flange and conical baffle there are additional circular mesh baffles with size of mesh cells, decreasing from top to bottom. In pipeline for gas discharge downstream of gas-equalizer pipeline there is a drop entrainment made of inclined annular blades with a chamfered segment from below.
EFFECT: high efficiency of separation, higher quality of separated gas supplied to gas discharge pipeline, as well as higher reliability of device.
