SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the technological chemical processes, in particular, to petrochemistry and also may be used in pharmaceutics and in the food-processing industry, for example, at production of gels, creams, beer wort, etc. The method includes blending of the initial ingredients, which are treated at their continuous flow through with heating and-or electromagnetic UHF emission of the certain frequency and intensity for creation of the stable colloidal formations. At that meter the average radius of the colloidal formations of the mixed ingredients in the process of mixing and the ready colloidal solutions by the method of spectroscopy of the diffused light. On the basis of these data introduce changes in the prescription factors and the production process. The device contains the UHF camera, inside which there is the tube for the ingredients flowing through, the pump and the spectrometer. The technical result of the invention is the decreased duration of the production process and the reduced power inputs at production of the stable colloidal solutions with the required operational properties.
