FIELD: implantology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of biologically active additives, implantology, in the perfumery and cosmetics industry. To obtain nanosized biometal silicates stabilized by the essential amino acid L-lysine, 0.8 M solutions of biometal acetate selected from calcium, zinc, magnesium, copper, cobalt, and sodium silicate are prepared. 50 ml of sodium silicate solution is added to the glass reactor, after which 0.257 g of the essential amino acid L-lysine is added with constant stirring. After complete dissolution of the amino acid, 50 ml of a biometal acetate solution selected from calcium, zinc, magnesium, copper, cobalt is added to the system. The resulting mixture is stirred for 15 minutes. Then the reaction mixture is further processed by ultrasonic radiation. The treated gel is washed three times by decantation with distilled water using centrifugation at 4,000 rpm for 5 minutes. The washed gel is dried at a temperature of 80°C for 12 hours.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain dry powders of nanosized biometal silicates, stabilized by L-lysine, of a homogeneous structure, odorless and free from foreign inclusions, and having aggregative stability during storage.
