FIELD: vibration feeding of cereal materials in agroindustrial complex and cereal processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding cereal materials and air flow to pneumatically vibrating volume; delaminating cereal material during movement in pneumatically vibrationally liquefied descending and ascending flows; discharging cereal and mineral impurities; providing delamination of cereal material by urging cereals to move uniformly through volumes of pneumatically vibrationally liquefied flows restricted by reservoirs communicating with one another through keeping of flows at different levels and maintaining respective vibration and air parameters; providing maximum delamination of cereals in countercurrent flow during transition of pneumatically vibationally liquefied descending flows to ascending flows; discharging cereals upon reaching by pneumatically vibrationally liquefied ascending flows of adjustable height level in upper part of reservoir; discharging accumulated mineral impurities through lower part of reservoir.
EFFECT: improved quality of vibration feeding process, increased efficiency in preliminary cleaning of cereal materials, and reduced consumption of power.
