SUBSTANCE: filling member comprises passage for fluid made in the housing and used for controlled supplying the fluid into the vessel mounted on the filling member through the outlet opening made in the bottom of the housing of the filling member. The filling member has holder that is mounted for permitting controlled movement in the direction of the axis of the filling member and presses the neck of the vessel to the hollow made in the filling member. The filling member has one additional passage that enters the hollow or the vessel mounted on the filling member.
EFFECT: simplified cleaning of bottles.
