FIELD: well logging, particularly to identify fluid phase in horizontal and inclined wells.

SUBSTANCE: indication device comprises body, and spring-loaded levers each having capacitive transducer. The levers are pivotally connected to the body. Capacity-frequency converter is located in proximate vicinity to capacitive transducer. Capacity-frequency converter has input linked to capacitive transducer output and output connected to clock input of m-bit counter through first input of sealed lead-in. M-bit counter outputs are linked in parallel to m-bit register installed in body and included in special microcircuit. Capacity-frequency converter supply voltage is input through the second input of the same sealed lead-in. Capacitive transducer is included in indication device and made as case with base and side walls, which define capacitive couple. Capacitive transducer case is made of diamagnetic material, for instance of plastic. Side walls of the case are profiled and are opened from ends thereof. The side walls are arranged so that 90° is defined in-between. Ceramic plates are adhered to inner surfaces of each case wall. High-conductive metal, for instance silver, is sprayed on the ceramic plates. Outer surface of each side wall is covered with low-adhesion material, for instance with fluorocarbon polymer. Multifilament wire linked to capacity-frequency converter is soldered onto inner wall surface. The multifilament wire has fluorocarbon polymer coating.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity and accuracy of dielectric permeability measurement.
