FIELD: medicine; neurology.
SUBSTANCE: convoluted cuts are prepared and initial parameters, induced by biological activity of cells, are settled. Then autoblood is applied onto convoluted cuts of nerve cells of brain for 25-40 minutes and biological activity of cells is subject to registration. The cuts are washed and biological activity of cells is estimated again. Degree of damage in cells is determined due to comparison of parameters of cells with application with their initial parameters. Ability of restoration of cells is determined on base of comparison of washed cell with initial parameters. Method creates conditions for researching molecular-cell mechanisms of damage in brain tissue while looking for efficient protection preparations for protection of nerve cells after they were subject to hemorrhage.
