FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and pharmaceutics and can be used in examination of pathophysiological processes in brain tissues. Convoluted brain sections are prepared and partially immersed into an incubatory solution with hsp-70 concentrated 1 mg/ml for 30 minutes. All the sections are immersed into autoblood in volume 2 ml for 360 minutes. Thereafter they are washed with physiologic saline. After incubated in autoblood, the sections are analysed for evoked biological activity with recording the related parametres. After incubated with hsp-70 and in autoblood, the sections are analysed for evoked biological activity with recording the related parametres to be compared then to the initial parametres of evoked biological activity.
EFFECT: possibility to estimate the antihemorrhagic protein action on brain tissue in simulated hemorrhagic stroke.
