FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to physiology and pharmaceutics and can be used at studying of pathophysiological processes in brain tissues. Survived sections of a brain are prepared, initially weighed. A part of sections is incubated in incubation medium with concentration of protein of 5-10 mg/ml within 30 minutes. All sections are incubated in an autoblood within 360 minutes. The sections, incubated only in an autoblood, are dried and weighed using a filter paper. Sections, incubated in incubation medium with protein and in an autoblood, are dried and weighed using a filter paper. Weight increases are defined by comparison of weight of sections after incubation with the initial. Increases of weight of sections are compared after incubation only in an autoblood and sections after incubation in incubation medium with fiber and in an autoblood, with initial weight of sections.
EFFECT: possibility of definition of antiinflammatory influence of fiber on a brain tissue at modeling of a hemorrhagic stroke.
