FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to physiology and pharmaceutics and can be used in examination of pathophysiological processes in brain tissues. The method is ensured by preparing the convoluted brain sections with recording the initial and following parametres after the sections are incubated in analysed substance medium to estimate the impact from comparing the parametres of the initial and following impact of the analysed substance. Therefor the sections are weighted, and partially incubated in the medium containing 10% alpha-Tocopherol-acetate solution in amount 0.7 mg/ml, heated to 37±0.2°C and dissolved in Tween-20 in the incubation medium in amount 1 ml within 30 minutes. Then all the sections are incubated in autoblood within 360 minutes. It is followed with weighting the sections incubated in autoblood only. The other sections are dried with filtering paper and then weighted. It is followed with evaluating the change in weight difference of the sections impacted with autoblood only and with alpha-Tocopherol-acetate preceeding autoblood.
EFFECT: application of alpha-Tocopherol-acetate allows estimating neuroprotective, antiinflammatory properties in simulated hemorrhagic stroke.
