FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: technique can be used for simulation of generalized secondary disorganization of connective tissue. Nidus of chronic infection is created. Intervertebral disc, joint surfaces of big joints, rings of trachea, ligaments and sinew and hepatic framework are taken as subject of study. The fact that model is achieved is judged from progressing dystrophic-degenerative changes and phenomena of regeneration of dense formed fibrous connective tissue, from profound fibrogenesis on background of non-specific reactive inflammatory process inside loose non-formed fibrous connective tissue. Profound study of dynamics and essence of influence of local persisting infection on changes in mesenchymal derivatives can be conducted.
