SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, into transformer of alternating voltage to constant voltage, comprising first winding of throttle, connected to first output of alternating voltage supply, second throttle winding is introduced, wound oppositely to the first one, first contact of which is connected to second output of alternating voltage supply, and second contact being connected to common point of connection of first and second capacitors.

EFFECT: increased transformer reliability in case of short circuit on the load.
