FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by onion, carrot and parsley root cutting and roasting thereof in melt butter; beet cutting and blanching; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; kidney been cooking up to mass increasing by 150 %; potatoes cutting and blanching; fish fillet and gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with wheat flour, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with bone broth in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
