FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has casing manufactured as rectangular parallelepiped having identical through openings. Openings axes are arranged in parallel to the longitudinal casing axis and belong to the plane passing through longitudinal casing axis in perpendicular to casing end faces. Two identical cylindrical hollow tubes are attached to the casing end faces, one of them being attached to the first end face at opening exit place; the second one being attached to the other end face at the place of the second opening exit. Each tube has axis being continuation of opening axis. The internal tube diameter is equal to casing opening diameter. Four longitudinal cuts arranged equidistantly are available near the free ends. The cuts are ¼ and ½ times as long as the tube length. Each tube has cylindrical clamp of smoothly diminishing aperture diameter forming split terminal together with tube cuts. Each tube has reciprocating movable working part being rod which length is twice or more as long as the casing and tube length. The free rod end is threaded and has nut stopped with protrusion.
