FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analysis by means of X-ray computer micro- and nanotomography of biological objects, in particular, a cadaver whole eyeball and its sectional fragments. Method of fixing a scanning object is that the object is placed in front of the radiating X-ray tube in the focusing area and fixed in a collet clamp located on the free end of the rotating spindle installed by the other end by means of a perpendicular support on the micropositioning table, and to fix the scanning object, a polymer cylindrical container is used, the bottom of which in the center is equipped with a conic nozzle containing a coaxial through channel and a polymer conical cap congruent to the nozzle with a top pin with possibility of being fixed in a collet-type clip of the spindle. Object of scanning is inserted into polymer fixation ring and glued along perimeter with moisture-resistant glue.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the quality of visualization of the scanned object during the entire process of X-ray computer micro- and nanoscanning.
