SUBSTANCE: airship is intended for remote ecological monitoring of linear-extended technogenic transport and communication structures. Airship comprises receiving antenna 1(19) receiver 2(20) GPS-signals, instruments 3(21) remote probing of earth surface and atmosphere, controller 21(22), master oscillator 5(23), phase manipulator 6(24), first heterodyne 7(25), first mixer 8(26), first intermediate frequency amplifier 9(27), first power amplifier 10(28), antenna switch 11(29), transceiving antenna 12(30), second power amplifier 13(31), second heterodyne 14(32), second mixer 15(33), low-pass filter 16(34), phase detector 17(35), recording unit 18(36), multiplier 37(40), phase shifter 38(41) by 90°, PLL system 39(42). GPS signal receiver 2(20) comprises high-frequency amplifier 43.1(43.2), heterodyne 44.1(44.2), mixer 45.1(45.2), low-pass filter 46.1(46.2), multiplier 47.1(47.2), phase shifter 48.1(48.2) by 90°, phase detector 49.1(49.2), system 50.1(50.2) PLL.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing noise immunity and reliability of determining location by suppressing false signals.
