FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the zinc-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the chemical technology of the inorganic substances and may be used for production of the zinc-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate and for extraction of zinc (II) from the waste electrolytes of galvanization. The method of production of zinc-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate provides for preparation of the reactionary water solution containing zinc (II), ammonium, sulfate, crystallization of the target product from the solution, separation of the crystals of the product from the solution. The reaction water solution is prepared with the mass of the shares of ammonium from 5 to 15 % and the mass of the sulfate fraction from 10 to 45 %.At that for preparation of the reaction water solution use the waste of the galvanic production - the waste galvanization electrolyte, and the process of crystallization conduct at temperature from minus 5 to plus 35°С. The technical result of the invention is the decrease in the cost price of the target product, the increase of its output, utilization of the toxic waste of the galvanization production.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced cost price of the target product, the increased its output, utilization of the toxic waste of the galvanization production.
