FIELD: environmental protection; purification of the household and industrial waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of the household and industrial waste waters, in particular, to the concentration of the excessive active silt in the gravitational silt concentration tanks. The silt concentration tank includes: the cylindrical body (1) along the axis of on which the vertical rotating shaft (2) is mounted. Along the perimeter of the body (1) from its internal side there is the drain channel (3) supplied with the gear-type spillway (4) on the side of the mirror of water. The shaft (2) is connected to one end of the framework (5). The other end of the framework (5) is supplied with the wheel (7) used for relocation on the guides (8) mounted on the upper surface of the body (1) of the silt concentration tank. On the shaft (2) near to the bottom of the silt concentration tank the mixer (6) is mounted. On the framework (5) there is the fastened cylindrical brush (9) having the possibility to revolve around its axis. The brush (9) is placed so, that its bristle is located on the both sides of the gear spillway (4). The tools for the brush (9) fastening are supplied with the rotary unit (10) providing possibility of its vertical motion during its movement along the spillway (4). The angle between the axis of the brush (9) and the tangential line to the gear spillway (4) makes 60-70°, and the axis of rotation of the brush (9) is electrically connected to the electric engine. On the framework (5) there is the sludge pan (26) mounted at the angle of 20-30° to the vertical plane, passing through the axis of the framework (5). The sludge pan (26) is made in the form of the plate submerged into the over-silt liquid to the depth of 0.25-0.3 of the height of the plate supplied with the flexible insert from the side of the spillway (4) and located behind the brush (9) in the direction of movement of the framework (5). The technical result of the invention is the improvement of the quality of purification of the gear spillway and the surface of the over-silt liquid from pollutions, and also reduction of the labor input, the improved conditions and safety of the silt concentration tank operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of purification of the gear spillway and the surface of the over-silt liquid from pollutions, the reduced labor input, the improved conditions and safety of the silt concentration tank operation.
