FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing friction polymeric materials by prerolling binder based on butadiene or butadiene-nitrile rubbers with resin melt comprising epoxy diane resin having molecular weight from 340 to 1000 (A) with 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl sulfonyl (B) and with phenol-formaldehyde novolac (C) at A:B:C ratio from 55:5: 40 to 70:10:20. Rubber to resin melt ratio varies from 20:80 to 90:10. Friction polymeric material comprises, wt.pts: binder, 100; vulcanizing additives; sulfur, 1-12; captax, 0.5- 3.0; thiuram, 0.05-0.8; powder filler, 100-360; and fibrous filler, 50-150. The resulting friction polymeric material has improved wear resistance, strength, durability of braking conjugation. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 2 tbl
