FIELD: measuring equipment, possible use for measuring oil, gas and water debit of oil wells, and also for calibration (verification) of measuring devices.

SUBSTANCE: the device contains separator in form of cylindrical vessel with cyclone, sedimentation and outlet sections, separated from each other by walls, two level meters positioned in sedimentation section, a cyclone mounted at the entrance of cyclone section, measuring lines for gas and liquid with sensors of pressure and temperature and pipeline binding positioned inside, hardware block. The device is provided with two semi-trailers, liquid heating unit in cyclone section, compressor and pumping device with frequency motors, injector and electric power equipment. Separator is made horizontally oriented. The wall between cyclone and sedimentation sections is made in form of a set of pipes. The wall between sedimentation and outlet sections is made in form of overflow wall. Measuring line for liquid is made in form of water measuring line and oil measuring line, combined at the exit into outlet pipeline for oil-gas mixture, mounted serially on which are pumping device and injector with a unit for connection of gas measuring line. Compressor with frequency drive is mounted in gas measuring line. Positioned on one of semi-trailers are separator, measuring line, pipeline binding and hardware block, and on another one - outlet pipeline, pumping device, injector, compressor, and electric power equipment. Installed serially in water measuring line are density meter, device for measuring oil content in water, automatic and manual sampling apparatuses, binding for connection of free gas content measuring device, turbine flow meter, temperature and pressure sensors and an adjusting valve. Installed serially in oil measuring line are density meter, device for measuring content of water in oil, manual and automatic sample apparatuses, binding for connection of free gas detection plant, turbine flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors and an adjusting valve. Installed serially in gas measuring line are pressure sensors, device for measuring liquid drops, manual sampling apparatus, mass flow meter and adjusting valve.

EFFECT: increased degree of separation of oil-gas mixture onto different phases - gas, water and oil, reduced layer between these substances in separator after division, ensured mobility of device.
