FIELD: electromechanical actuating controls of the attitude of spacecraft, applicable for production of support systems in weightlessness at accomplishment of turns and fixation of spacecraft.
SUBSTANCE: the gyroscope has two or three gyroscopic members in a sealed body with a helium filling, whose spin axes are mutually perpendicular, electric drives of turn of the gyroscopic members and a control unit. The gyroscopic members are made in the form of two flywheels-electric motor armatures located in the same spin axis concentrically one in the other, each of them has a ring-shaped member with a rectangular section, rigidly coupled to the carrying cone-shaped members for fixation in the spin axis, located on the two sides of it. The power windings of the electric drive are positioned on the ring-shaped members, the winding inlets are connected to the slip-rings, and the outlets - to the respective commutator bars, rollers for provision of an electric contact are positioned between the commutators of the flywheels-armatures, each flywheel-armature has brake drums located on different carrying members. The body of each gyroscopic member is lens-shaped.
EFFECT: simplified construction due automatic compensation of parasitic deviations, precession torques.
