FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, engineering of electro-mechanical executive devices of orientation systems, for stabilization of space apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to proposed method, speed of rotation of intermediate ring is stabilized at level, dependence of value of which on wheel speed value is equal to fixed value, positioned within range of numbers from zero to one, while rotation of intermediate ring is performed in direction of wheel rotation.

EFFECT: decreased momentum of resistance to rotation of wheel and increased service time of electro-mechanical support.
