FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out ultrasonic radial artery examination with blood circulation versions being recorded and evaluated. Reactive hyperemia test and cool test are applied. Radial artery usability is evaluated on basis of blood circulation versions, relative radial artery diameter changes in response to reactive hyperemia test and total artery diameter reduction time, morphological and functional artery changes in response to cool test.
EFFECT: reduced risk of intra- and postoperative complications; optimized remote coronary bypass operation consequences.
