FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: circular technique for the radial artery separation involves a longitudinal dissection of the fascial compartment along the entire length. That is followed by coronary artery bypass surgery with using the radial artery in the dissected compartment as the coronary artery bypass.
EFFECT: method enables preserving the radial artery in the surrounding tissues and releasing the vessel from the compression effect of the fascial compartment to neutralise the lumen narrowing and improve the functionality of the coronary artery bypass.
