SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the oil treatment on the oil fields and the oil-processing enterprises, in particular, to the devices for separation of the oil-gas-water emulsions into the fractions. The oil treatment installation contains: the horizontal technological container divided by the cross-section partitions into the sections of the preliminary separation of the phases, agitation with the unit of feeding of the heated sweet water and the final oil refining; the devices of heating, feeding of the gas-water-oil emulsion and withdrawal of the separated phases, the tools of measurements, monitoring and automation. The heating device is made in the form of the preheater with the intermediate heat-carrier, which is allocated outside the technological container and is connected with it by the pipe ducts of feeding of the gas-water-oil emulsion into the section of preliminary separation of the phases and the sweet water - into the section of agitation of the emulsion. The container and the preheater are connected to each other by the pipe duct used for withdrawal from the container of a part of the petroleum gas onto the preheater burner. The technical result of the invention consists in development of the reliable, simple and friendly in operation installation ensuring the fire-protection control, the increase of effectiveness of refining, as well as reduction of the power inputs and the metal consumption.
