FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile oil preparation installation in an early production technology, made in the form of separate technological units interconnected with a pipeline system, including input comb unit (1) connected to first-stage separator unit (2) connected to reagent dosing unit (3), fuel gas preparation unit (4), and well product heating unit (6). Well product heating unit (6) is connected to three-phase separator unit (7), wherein first-stage separator unit (2) and three-phase separator unit (7) are separation containers operating under pressure; fuel gas preparation unit (4) is connected to gas amount measuring system unit (5) connected to well product heating unit (6) and torch installation (12). Three-phase separator unit (7) is connected to oil buffer container unit (8), water buffer container unit (9), and gas amount measuring system unit (5). Oil buffer container unit (8) is connected to water buffer container unit (9), gas amount measuring system unit (5), and oil automated pouring unit (10). Water buffer container unit (9) is connected to gas amount measuring system unit (5), drainage water collection unit (11), drainage system pump unit (13) connected to operative water accounting unit (14), which is connected to oil automated pouring unit (10). Frames of technological units are made with dimensions of standard 40-, 20-foot cargo containers and equipped with upper and lower angular fittings. In addition, the mobile installation additionally contains a modular complete transformer substation with low-voltage complete device (16) and operator block (15).
EFFECT: reduction in time of putting deposits into operation and obtainment of commercial output, as well as reduction in cost of construction and reduction in operational costs.
