FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: oscillating motor contains moving part and electromagnetic driving mechanism for conducting reciprocating movements by moving part in given direction by means of electromagnetic force. Moving part and electromagnetic driving mechanism are positioned in main body in such a way as to perform reciprocating movements in direction which is identical to given direction. Moving part and electromagnetic driving mechanism perform reciprocal movements in phases, opposite to each other in main body. Electromagnetic driving mechanism acts as a load for controlling amplitude, making it possible to remove or simplify another amplitude control load, to reduce weight, size and cost of motor as a whole.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
