FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medical equipment and can be used for tooth brushing. A drive for electric tooth brush contains a supported shaft axially reciprocating or reciprocating rotationally round its longitudinal axis; and a conductive element contacting the shaft in set of points on the peripheral surface of the shaft used as a conductive path to the other element; a travelling block mounted on the shaft; and an electromagnetic block which when alternating current is supplied, force the travelling block and the shaft to reciprocate axially or reciprocate rotationally round the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The electric tooth brush contains the drive described in cl. 1, as a drive source for the brush body; and said brush body wherein electric current is supplied through the shaft.
EFFECT: production of the electric tooth brush with the drive that is able to supply current stably to the shaft connected with the brush head.
