FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: combined cutting instrument contains case, which has shaft on the working part of the case on sockets parallel to its axis of symmetry, the cutting plates and adjusting elements are placed. Thus each cutting plate has the form of a three dimensional cube The calibrating sketch of the cutting plate are formed at the intersection of the front and main surfaces, and edges at the intersection of the main and auxiliary surfaces are cut with slants, whose intersection with the face surfaces forms cutting edges. The cutting plate has two adjusting apertures, established on the base wall of the sockets and fixed with the fastening bit, established in its clamping hole located transversely to the main surfaces between the adjusting apertures. Adjusting apertures are located transversely to face surfaces and near their outputs on the face surfaces are executed spiral support sections. Thus adjusting elements are placed in adjusting apertures of the cutting plates and executed in the form of a rod with a head on the face surface turned to the rod executed in the form of a ledge for interaction with specified helical surfaces, and on the fastening screw is the elastic part for clamping the cutting plate to the tangential lateral supporting wall of the socket.
EFFECT: increase in productivity of processing due to increase in number of cutting plates on base of instrument.
