SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of sign-variable bending of end portion of rolled material; performing bending simultaneously in several cross sections in one plane by normalized value in each cross section; changing bending sign in each cross section after axially moving rolled material by one stroke equal to length of divided blank; trimming material fibers during bending process in breaking zone at convex side.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, improved quality of rolled material breaking.
