FIELD: chemical industry; production of the tetrafluoroethylene interpolymer.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to production of the tetrafluoroethylene interpolymer for extrusion of the paste in the form of the primary fine-dispersed particles dispersed in the aqueous medium and having the structure made in the form of the core-coating containing the core made out of the tetrafluoroethylene interpolymer, which has the link on the basis of tetrafluoroethylene and the link on the basis of the monomer presented by the following common formula (1) CF2=CF-O -(CF2)nCF=CF2 (where "n" represents the integer from 1 up to 6); and the coating made out of the tetrafluoroethylene polymer containing links of the formula (1) and it is possible - the links on the basis of hexafluoropropylene, where the size of the primary fine-dispersed particle compounds from 0.1 up to 0.5 microns, where the standard relative density compounds from 2.14 up to 2.25, where the pressure of the extrusion of the paste compounds from 24.5 up to 73.5 MPa and where the tetrafluoroethylene interpolymer remains not molded from the melt. The invention also describes the method of production of above-indicated tetrafluoroethylene interpolymer. The product produced by extruding of the paste of the finely divided powder produced by coagulation of the primary fine-dispersed particles has the superb thermal resistance and transparency.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the product produced by extrusion of the paste of the finely divided powder has the superb thermal resistance and transparency.
