SUBSTANCE: the combination stemming including a monolithic stopper of hardening materials is made, according to the invention of the upper and lower parts separated by a buffer gap of foamed polystyrene, the upper part represents a monolithic stopper of hardening materials, and the lower part-a backfill of inert free-flowing materials above the air gap of foamed polystyrene.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of explosive disintegration of rocks due to complete locking of detonation products in the charging cavity before destruction of the surrounding rock by a shortened stemming combined with an air gap.
