FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling-blasting operations in strong rocks in open pits and can be used in various branches using blasting operations in strong rocks. The invention increases the efficiency of blasted splitting of rocks by locking the detonation products in the charge space till a complete destruction of rocks surrounding the combined concrete plug. The plug represents a cone made from hardened concrete and comprises a filling concrete section. The combined concrete plug incorporates a cone-shaped element from hardened concrete, its narrower end facing the well mouth. A cone-shaped element is arranged on the plug made from foamed polystyrene or foamed plastic separating it from the explosive charge. A concrete mix makes a plug material between the charge and well walls.

EFFECT: high-efficiency blasted splitting of rocks.
