FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of blast-hole drilling in hard rocks in opencast mines and may be used in different industries that apply blasting operations in rock mass. Shortened hardening stem bag is made of concrete mixture. In its bottom part on plug made of cellular polystyrene or foam plastic, conical element of foam plastic is installed that is pointed with its spike upwards and occupies up to half of stem bag length.
EFFECT: reduction of material intensity and acceleration of stem bag formation process.
