SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mutton cutting and roasting in melt butter; onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; potato, tomato, paprika, and aubergine cutting and blanching; green kidney bean, gumbo, and coriander, basil, and parsley green cutting and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized. Claimed canned goods have digestion value of 5.9x104.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
