SUBSTANCE: device has retractor tube 1 having closed and round end, introducible into anal orifice and having window 8 on its lateral surface in which rectal mucous membrane area appears where surgical artery ligation takes place. Gripping handle M is manufactured as a whole with external nozzle having removable light source F inside. Light reflection means is available at the level of handle and external retractor tube edge connection. Light comes from the source for illuminating internal retractor tube segment with the reflected light, from lateral window 8 in particular. Retractor tube 1 is coaxially arranged with examination window 8, and longitudinal linear internal chamber 10 is placed in front of it. The chamber is separated with partition 9 made as a whole with the internal tube walls and back part 208 of window 8. The whole structure is designed so that the chamber is open towards external nozzle 201 of said tube. Said chamber 10 has ultrasonic probe S introduced with friction. The probe partially projects from opening 7 longitudinally arranged in lateral retractor tube wall in a way that the probe is engageable with rectal mucous membrane. The probe is protected with thin single-use easily removable sterilized envelope allowing repeated usage under hygienic rules being met.
