FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Method of performing surgical operations on rectal and hemorrhoidal prolapse includes application in anal canal of first circular stitch on the first section of hemorrhoidal prolapse, application of second circular stitch on the second section of hemorrhoidal prolapse. After that, first and second circular stitches are tightened in order to obtain constriction of hemorrhoidal prolapse. Device for realisation of said method includes hollow divaricator which is installed into patient's anal orifice. Divaricator is made in prevailing direction along longitudinal axis. Device has a window. The window forms working zone and ensures communication between internal cavity of divaricator and section of hemorrhoidal prolapse. Device additionally has means serving for opening and closing of the window.
EFFECT: created is method and device for surgical operations on rectal and hemorrhoidal prolapse, which in short time reduce size of hemorrhoidal prolapse inside anal canal.
