SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstruction of vision in case of opacification of ocular optic media. For destructing and removing internal ocular media one should apply four factor either simultaneously, successively or in combination which should be delivered due to the tip of the device: irrigation due to low-pressure liquid flow, hydroemulsification due to high-pressure liquid flow, mechanofragmentation with mechanical longitudinal and/or rotation impact of the cutting and aspiration due to vacuum being adequate to the sum of liquid flows. Depending upon the density of the substance under destruction mechanical impact should be fulfilled at the rate of the cutting's rotation ranged 2000-20000 rot./min. Moreover, the number of longitudinal movements of the cutting and the quantity of injections of high-pressure liquid flow equals to the number of the cutting's rotations. The innovation provides valuable implementation of the operation with the help of one device only, steadiness and high rate in removing intra-ocular medium, decreased traumatism and shortened terms for implementing the present operation.
