SUBSTANCE: method involves applying device for simultaneously, sequentially carrying out irrigation by using fluid flow of relatively low pressure, hydroemulgation by using fluid flow of relatively high pressure in continuous or pulsating mode, mechanical fragmentation by means of reciprocating and/or rotating action and vacuum suction for removing coming fluids and destroyed structures, and combination thereof. Fluid flow of relatively high pressure is used for destroying medium fragments stuck in vacuum system. The rotating action is applied in accelerating and braking mode.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
