FIELD: evaporation of solutions in evaporators working both in vacuum and under pressure both under periodic condition of release of product and under continuous condition. SUBSTANCE: process of automatic control over level and density of solution in evaporator is carried out in the following manner: two hydrostatic pressure meters with specified measurement base are installed on evaporator on downgoing circulation pipe-line below level of solution in separation space. They measure column of analyzed solution constant in height by measurement of pressure differential which value is sent to arithmetic unit which generates signal proportional to liquid density and pressure differential between one of hydrostatic pressure meters and pressure meter installed in separation space of evaporator. By this signal arithmetic unit carries out determination of hydrostatic level and correction of its value depending on change of circulation speed and density of solution. EFFECT: enhanced quality and stability of measurement of level and density in evaporator and possibility of its complete automation. 4 dwg
