FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: method of gaging of oil well includes separation of gaseous phase from liquid by dispersion of mixture flow, separation of liquid phase for components by method of its deposit in gravitational field, discharge of gaseous phase into gathering main and collection of liquid phase up to specified volume of measurement cavity. Then it is overlapped discharge of gaseous phase and displaced liquid phase by pressure of gaseous phase. During implementation of collection and displacing activities it is defined densities of oil, water and phase by means of hydrostatic weighing of liquid column of mentioned height, there are implemented measuring of its production and gas productions, mass and volume, by means of measurement of time of collection method and time for displacing process. Pressure of working medium is held in mentioned range. Additional portion of gaseous phase supplied with gaseous "bubble" is discharged into gathering main. Version of method implementation includes two stages of liquid phase separation: preliminary and conclusive. Device for gaging of oil wells includes separator, gas line with valve, inlet and outlet liquid lines, microprocessor, damping grids, pressure sensors, diaphanometres, temperature sensor, sampler, big siphon, hydraulic hitch, mass flowmetre, valve at outlet of hydraulic hitch, air eliminators. According to device implementation method it is absence sampler, but additionally presents siphon separator, consisting of vessel and product sorter, for alternate and separate oil sampling or water from shrinked liquid phase.
EFFECT: simplification of device structure, reliability growth and increasing of durability of flow rate measuring, increasing of cost-effectiveness of petroleum production.
