SUBSTANCE: optically changing element contains thin-film layer for creating color change by means of interference, and also an additional layer. Thin film is made in form of partial thin-film element, which covers surface area of additional layer only locally and with creation of a pattern.

EFFECT: high degree of forgery protection of product being protected.
