FIELD: packages, particularly beverage packages.

SUBSTANCE: cap comprises body, inner annular sealing extension, connection part and thin outer wall part. Cap body has upper plate-like part and cylindrical part projecting from annular edge part. Annular inner sealing extension is created on inner surface of upper plate-like part and is adapted to be inserted in container neck. Connection part is arranged between inner surface of outer plate-like part and inner surface of inner sealing extension and connects upper plate-like part with inner sealing extension. Thin outer wall part is created on inner plate-like part and is located in any area between zone carrying inner sealing extension and annular edge part. Thin outer wall part has thickness less than that of annular edge part. Sealing device and beverage package are also disclosed.

EFFECT: prevention of excessive pressure generated inside package during cap opening and repeatedly closing.
