FIELD: mechanical engineering; load lifting facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of hoists operating under explosion and fire-hazard conditions. Proposed device contains control panel connected with pneumatic motors of lifting and travel-motion mechanisms and containing pneumatic distributors to switch on supply, set speed and direction. Remote control panel interacts with control panel through relay control unit by modulated infrared signal. Control panel pneumatic distributors are operated by electromagnets, relay control unit is supplied by self-contained source in form of motor-generator in which pneumatic motor is used as motor.
EFFECT: improved safety at control and operating conditions of control devices owing to elimination of delay in signal passing thanks to use of electric control circuits and provision of wireless communication between control panel and relay control unit of device.
