SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices used for drying of the large-dispersed and high-moisture materials with the strong bound moisture. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the drying. It is attained by that in the spiral-whirlwind pneumatic conveying dryer with the remote whirlpool chamber containing the spiral channel, from above and from below hermetically closed accordingly by the cover and the bottom with formation of the whirlpool chamber, the turns of the spiral channel are connected to the inlet fitting pipe used for feeding through it of the damp product in the mixture with the heat-carrier (the gas suspension). At that the number of the turns "n" of the spiral channel lies in the optimal range from 4 up to 6, and the separation chamber is rigidly connected to the disposed in its lower part whirlpool chamber connected with the cyclone, which outlet fitting pipe is disposed coaxially to the separation chamber and the whirlpool chamber and passes through them hermetically, and on the bottom of the separation chamber there is the fixed vibrator used for removal of the damp and unready product, which has stuck to the walls of the spiral channel. At that the optimal parameters of the vibration treatment are set.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the drying.
