FIELD: chemical industry; food-processing industry; microbiological industry; devices for drying of the dispersed materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for drying of the dispersed materials and may be used in microbiological industry, food-processing industry, chemical industry and other industries. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of drying. It is attained by that in the pneumatic spiral dryer containing the spiral channel from above and from below hermetically closed accordingly by the cover and the bottom with formation of the vortex chamber, which is connected to the settler made in the form of the cone, to the lower part of which the fitting pipe used for feeding of the additional heat-transfer medium is connected, and in the upper part of the settler there is the chamber of after-drying made in the form of the truncated cone and connected by its upper part with the exhaust fitting pipe for withdrawal of the dry product. At that inside the after-drying chamber there is the hollow cone located coaxially to it and fixed by the brackets, connecting the internal surface of the chamber with the external surface of the hollow cone, and the coils of the spiral channel are tangentially connected with the inlet fitting pipe used for feed through it of the damp product in the mixture with the drying agent. The number of the coils of the spiral channel lies in the optimal range from 4 up to 6, and on the bottom( of the spiral channel there is the fixed vibrator, which may be also fixed on the cover or directly on the wall of the spiral channel. At that the optimal parameters for the vibration treatment are: the level of vibration - in the range of 70... 85 dB, the vibration frequency - in the range of 31.5... 125 Hz, the time of action - 5 seconds with the interval of 30 seconds.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of drying.
