FIELD: technique for drying of dispersion materials, in particular, drying equipment used in microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other branches of industry.

SUBSTANCE: spiral pneumatic drier has spiral channel hermetically closed from the bottom and from the top by cover and bottom, respectively, so as to define vortex chamber. Spiral channel is connected to separation channel of main cyclone having hopper for discharge of dry product, and discharge branch pipe axially aligned with separation chamber and extending through said chamber in hermetically sealed relation. Inlet union for feeding of drying agent through it is positioned tangentially to spiral channel coils. Inlet branch pipe for feeding of wet material is positioned in upper part of spiral channel, perpendicular to cover. Pivotal gates are positioned within spiral channel to define slit-type gaps for controlling of drying agent flow speed and material flow speed. Spiral tape defining spiral channel is connected to casing of additional cyclone, with number of spiral channel coils ranging between 4 and 6. Vibrator fixed on bottom has following vibration processing parameters: vibration level ranging between 70 dB and 85 dB; vibration frequency ranging between 31.5 Hz and 125 Hz; processing time 5 s.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying process.
